Cancel a contract

Account levels and regions renew every four weeks. Here you can cancel one, with or without an account. You get a confirmation by e-mail straight away, with the date and time we received it and the day it ends.

Kind of cancellation Ordinary · it ends at the end of the four weeks already paid for. Nothing is charged after that. For good cause · effective immediately. Tell us the reason below.

Your name Your avatar name, or the name on the account. E-mail for the confirmation

Which contract For example "my account level Platinum" or "the region Harbour Rest". You can also sign in and pick it from a list.

When it should end Leave it empty for the earliest possible day. A date before the end of the paid period moves nothing forward for an ordinary cancellation. Reason Needed for a cancellation for good cause, optional otherwise.
