An object is findable because its owner ticked it in the object's own properties. That is a separate decision from listing the parcel, so a thing can turn up on land that has no entry below. Then you get the region and a teleport, and nothing more: the object was offered, the parcel was not.

A finished, quiet, carefully built place does not sit below a crowded one. Traffic can be faked with parked bots, so it decides nothing here. You pick how to look, and each way says what it sorts by.
People are counted per region, never per parcel, and only shown from three upwards. So this page can say a region is busy, but never that one person is at home. Owners switch the count on themselves, and it is off until they do. There is no history and no pattern: nothing here says when somebody is usually around.
