Objects their owners put in the grid's search. Each one is somewhere, and that somewhere is in the list below.An object is findable because its owner ticked it in the object's own properties. That is a separate decision from listing the parcel, so a thing can turn up on land that has no entry below. Then you get the region and a teleport, and nothing more: the object was offered, the parcel was not.
